Tingle, an architect by trade who worked at the old HOK Sport and HNTB, brings a designer’s perspective to the construction industry and bridges the gap between those two disciplines by communicating effective methods for delivering sports projects. His role is largely pursuing new business for the builder of MetLife Stadium and three other NFL facilities. Skanska’s current projects include the $87 million renovation of the University of Cincinnati’s Fifth Third Arena, a new football stadium for Prairie View A&M, and a new arena at Florida Southwestern State College. In Los Angeles, Skanska is jockeying for a piece of the Rams’ stadium project.
