Renc has replaced Erik Judson as JMI’s lead for owner’s representation as Judson concentrates on expanding the firm’s multimedia rights business in the college space. Her 20 years of experience includes Petco Park while employed by Hines, a real estate developer, while Judson represented the team on the development. Now, Renc represents the Golden State Warriors, managing the mixed-use piece tied to Chase Center, their new arena proposed for San Francisco that extends to a pair of 11-story office towers and multiple retail venues. Separately, JMI Sports is overseeing renovations to Auburn University’s Jordan-Hare Stadium on behalf of the SEC school.
