Bob Dunn

President, Hammes Co.

Hammes controls the NFC Central Division when it comes to facility development. As an owner’s representative, the firm developed strong ties in the NFL after working for the Detroit Lions and Green Bay Packers to deliver Ford Field and the $295 million renovation of Lambeau Field in the early 2000s. Now, under Dunn’s charge, Hammes represents the Minnesota Sports Facilities Authority, the public owner of the Vikings’ new stadium. In Green Bay, the Madison, Wis., firm has kept its relationship intact with the Packers as they explore further upgrades to Lambeau. Elsewhere, Hammes is involved in planning a mixed-use development tied to PPL Center in Allentown, Pa., a minor league hockey arena that opened in 2014.
