Baseball
The Arizona Diamondbacks promoted Casey Wilcox to senior director of player and media relations, Katie Krause to senior manager of corporate communications, Tara Trzinski to senior manager of community and foundation operations, Tim Martin to senior manager of hospitality and business development, Aaron Schiefelbein to senior business system administrator, Alissa Teves to senior analyst, Jeremy Eisler to manager of hospitality and business development, and Cory Parsons to manager of special projects and fan experience.

Major League Baseball named Curtis Pride ambassador for inclusion and promoted Billy Bean to vice president of social responsibility and inclusion.

The Class AAA Pawtucket (R.I.) Red Sox promoted Bill Wanless to vice president of communications and community relations and named Michael Gwynn vice president of sponsorships and Rob Crain vice president of sales. Crain was president and general manager of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders.
 
Colleges
East Carolina University hired Katie Whitley as assistant director of marketing. Whitley was associate director of marketing at the Univerity of Alabama-Birmingham.

The American Athletic Conference promoted Michael Coyne to director of broadcast scheduling and hired Bernadette Cafarelli as associate commissioner of communications. Cafarelli was assistant athletic director for media relations at the University of Notre Dame.

Carroll College hired Charlie Gross as athletic director. Gross was associate athletic director at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.

Rutgers University hired Nick Quartaro as director of player development.

Facilities
Motorsports facility Heartland Park Topeka hired Todd Stephens as general manager and vice president of facilities and operations.

Football
The Cleveland Browns hired Paul DePodesta as chief strategy officer. DePodesta was vice president of player development and scouting with the New York Mets.
 
Lacrosse
The Boston Cannons of Major League Lacrosse promoted Sara Berry to senior director of corporate partnerships and marketing, Joe Shannon to senior director of ticket sales, Griffin Kirkwood to senior manager of ticket sales and operations, Matt Northrup to senior manager of ticket sales and Matt Ryan to senior manager of marketing operations. The Cannons also hired Courtney Larrivey as manager of corporate partnerships and marketing, and Rachel Murphy as marketing and communications coordinator.

Marketing
The Aspire Group promoted Ed Dillon to team leader of service and retention, Kyle Knickerbocker to team leader of new business, Christian McCormick to senior service and retention consultant and Zoe Cohen to senior women sports sales consultant at the U.S. Military Academy; Joe Ciancaglini to team leader of new business at the University of Maryland; and Ross Orsak to premium sales consultant at the University of Texas. The company hired Stephen Goldsmith as new business consultant at Rutgers University, and Jimi Jones as senior new sales consultant and Ryan Agan, Chris O’Shea and Derek Murray as service and retention consultants at Texas.

WISEMAN
U/S Sports Advisors hired Lucas Wiseman as manager of public relations. Wiseman was public relations and social media manager for the U.S. Bowling Congress.

Learfield Sports promoted Doug Bax to vice president of national sales for the Central region and hired Keisha Taylor as senior vice president of integrated marketing and Paul Beckles as general manager at Drexel University. Taylor was senior director of entertainment marketing for TNT and TBS at Turner Broadcasting, and Beckles was manager of corporate development for the Philadelphia 76ers.

Pivot Marketing Agency hired Dana Knops as senior director of travel.

Media
One World Sports hired Todd Myers as vice president of programming, acquisitions and development. Myers was director of programming and acquisitions with ESPN.

Motorsports
Hulman Motorsports hired Michael Bates as senior director of safety and security. Bates was deputy chief of police for the Indianapolis Metro Police Department.

Red Bull Global Rallycross named Colby Rodriguez to its executive management team.

Soccer
The LA Galaxy promoted Brendan Hannan to vice president of communications, marketing and digital; Thomas Braun to vice president of business operations; Adam Cheever to vice president of ticket sales and service; Heather Pease to senior director of ticket sales; and Pete Vagenas to vice president of soccer operations.

The Los Angeles Football Club hired Randall Harris as manager of business development.

Sporting Kansas City hired Brian Bliss as director of player personnel. Bliss was Chicago Fire technical director.

NASL club Indy Eleven hired Jeff Belskus as president. Belskus was president and chief executive officer for Indianapolis Speedway.

The Houston Dynamo promoted Valerie Holland to senior manager of corporate communications and community relations, Kevin Jackson to business intelligence manager, and Maricela Ramos to coordinator of community relations. The club hired Lance Eversole as general counsel, Zac Emmons as senior director of communications, Lexie Sidney as director of strategic marketing, Kelsey Forbes as marketing manager, Christy Banegas as accounts payable specialist, Edgar Veliz as communications coordinator, Kevin Lambert as ticket operations coordinator and Jesus Zambrano as videographer.

Tennis
Professional Tennis Registry hired Marc Stingley as diversity and inclusion coordinator.

Mylan World TeamTennis promoted Natalee Jarrett to vice president of corporate partnerships and communications, and Matt Fitzgerald to director of digital media and operations.

Other
World Wrestling Entertainment hired Michel Werthenschlag as vice president of international business and legal affairs.

UFC promoted Nakisa Bidarian to chief financial officer.

Affinity Sports hired Shannon Stewart as vice president of customer success.

Ryan Sanders Sports Services promoted Jay Kudla to vice president of food and beverage operations, Kerri Johnson to director of administration and accounting, Opal Scott to director of special events and services at Dell Diamond, Jeremy Zimmerman to general manager of food and beverage at Dell Diamond, Joe Nieto to assistant general manager of food and beverage, Garrett Reddehase to senior director of operations and maintenance for Turf Services and Sam Titchener to associate director of Turf Services.

The National Golf Foundation named Dick Sullivan, PGA Tour Superstore president and chief executive officer, to its board of directors.

The College Football Playoff named C.L. Max Nikias chairman of the College Football Playoff board of managers.
