Roberts may be the most powerful woman in sports as next year she will lead the NBA players in deciding whether to opt out of the collective-bargaining agreement, a move that could trigger another work stoppage in the NBA. Both the players and owners have the option to opt out of the agreement on Dec. 15, 2016.
