It’s been more than a year since Emanuel and Whitesell, the company’s co-chief executives, closed the acquisition of IMG, and they’ve been aggressively looking for ways to bolt on new businesses ever since. WME-IMG acquired 12 companies in 2015 in areas that included bull riding, e-sports, food festivals, music and talent management.
