Katzoff will be supported by Adam Lippard, GMR executive vice president, and Vince O’Brien, GMR senior vice president who joins the agency from Momentum Worldwide. The new division will be based in the U.S. and operate out of Milwaukee and San Francisco. It will be supported by regional operations in Brazil, the U.K., Singapore and Spain. Those offices will be led respectively by Celso Schvartzer, James Hunt, Lisa Johnson and Oscar Coto.
