The NBA last week announced two executive promotions. Amy Brooks, senior vice president of team marketing and business operations, was named executive vice president for the division, while Emilio Collins, senior vice president of global marketing partnerships, was named executive vice president of that group.

Both will continue to report to NBA Deputy Commissioner Mark Tatum.

Brooks, who has been with the NBA since 2005, was promoted to her previous position last year, replacing Chris Granger, who left to become president of the Sacramento Kings. Collins joined the league in 2001.

Both executives have been honored as part of SBJ/SBD’s Forty Under 40 program: Brooks in 2014, and Collins in 2012.
