Jerry Jacobs Jr. can look out from hisoffice on the top floor of a 13-story buildingin downtown Buffalo and see the wavescrashing over Niagara Falls. Inside, Jacobs’work space overflows with memorabilia hehas collected over the years at 97-year-oldDelaware North Cos.

Delaware North’s Sportservice runs foodand retail operations for more than two dozenmajor league teams, and Delaware Northcorporate owns and operates the BostonBruins and TD Garden, so sports takes centerstage.
