Tottenham's Harry Kane Is Third-Most Valuable Player In The World, CIES Study Finds

CIES' Football Observatory revealed Tottenham striker Harry Kane is the "third most valuable player in the world," according to the BBC. The study said that Kane is worth €194.7M ($233M), behind only Paris St. Germain forward Neymar and Barcelona's Lionel Messi. Kane's teammate Dele Alli is sixth on the list and the second-highest Premier League player. CIES Football Observatory calculated the values of players in the top five European leagues "using age, position, contract duration, performance and international status" (BBC, 1/8).
