English Venues Announced For U17 Euro 2018; Draw To Take Place In April

England will host the U17 Euro 2018 in May and "the venues for the Young Lions' latest shot at glory" have been announced, according to Adam Shergold of the London DAILY MAIL. Matches in the 16-team tournament, to be staged from May 4-20, will be played at Burton Albion, Chesterfield, Rotherham United, Walsall, Loughborough University and St. George's Park. The final on May 20 will be at Rotherham's New York Stadium. Tickets are due to go on sale in January and the draw for the finals will take place at the National Football Centre at St. George's Park in April. Anticipation for the competition "will surely only enhance after England's stunning comeback" from two goals down to beat Spain 5-2 in Saturday's U17 World Cup final in Kolkata, India (DAILY MAIL, 10/30).
