Marketplace Roundup: Sheffield Sharks Partner With Future Life Wealth Management

British Basketball League side Sheffield Sharks signed a sponsorship deal with Future Life Wealth Management. Future Life, which is based in Renishaw, England, will sponsor the team's shirts for the new season which started Friday (BDAILY, 9/29).

League Championship side Sheffield United announced a three-year partnership with manufacturer SteelPhalt. The company secured the naming rights of the club's academy at Shirecliffe and will extend its sponsorship across the United Ladies section of the club, including the regional training club, helping develop junior female players (Sheffield United).

Sports data technology company Genius Sports agreed to an official data partnership with the FA of Wales. The supplier has been granted non-exclusive worldwide rights by the Welsh body, tasked with "driving commercial returns from FAW's data in the media and regulated betting sectors" (GAMING INTELLIGENCE, 9/29).
