The Le Mans 24 Hour winner is "in limbo" following the announcement Porsche is exiting LMP1 at the end of the season and "will move to Formula E eventually." While still contracted to Porsche, and "presumably a front-runner" to race for the team when it enters the championship in '19-20, Hartley is "rumoured to be a target" of Techeetah to drive alongside JEAN-ÉRIC VERGNE in '17-18 (NEW ZEALAND HERALD, 8/9). ... Former Mexico Manager MIGUEL HERRERA said that he will "pursue a return to the helm of El Tri following the 2018 World Cup in Russia." The current Liga MX side Club América manager said that he wants to "go back to the Mexico national team." However, he "stressed that in the meantime he will support" current Manager JUAN CARLOS OSORIO, who has "faced a crisis of his own, with several calls for his dismissal" (ESPN.com, 8/8).
