ESPN named ad services firm Mediaocean EVP & GM/Global Platform Solutions TRAVIS HOWE senior VP/digital ad product sales & strategy. He will be responsible for establishing a go-to-market strategy for ESPN's digital ad business. Howe will be based in N.Y., reporting to ESPN President of Global Sales & Marketing ED ERHARDT. Howe also has had previous stints at Sony and Accenture (Austin Karp, Assistant Managing Editor).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Former ManU and England striker TEDDY SHERINGHAM was appointed head coach of Indian Super League side Atlético de Kolkata. The 51-year-old, who also played for Tottenham and Nottingham Forest, has managed League Two side Stevenage and "takes over" the reigning ISL champion, which also won the title in '14 (PA, 7/15). ... Bulgarian LUBOSLAV PENEV, who played for La Liga side Valencia from '89-95, "will coach the club's youth side during the '17-18 season." Penev's coaching experience includes a stint as an assistant coach of the Bulgarian national team (EFE, 7/15).
