Mylnikov was drafted by the Quebec Nordiques before the '89-90 season and played in 10 games (NBC SPORTS, 6/20). ... TONY DICICCO, who coached the U.S. to the 1999 Women's World Cup title, died, aged 68. His son ANTHONY said on Twitter that his father died on Monday at home with his family.
