MP & Silva Appointed Media, Sponsorship Rights Partner Of Colombian Baseball League

MP & Silva was appointed the exclusive media rights and sponsorship partner of the Colombian Baseball League and Serie Latinoamericana until '22. The long-term partnership signed with the CBL covers domestic and int'l media rights. The package includes three baseball properties: La Liga Colombiana de Béisbol Profesional (Winter League), La Liga de Verano de Béisbol Profesional de Colombia (Summer League) and La Serie Latinoamericana (national league winners from Colombia, Nicaragua, Panama and Mexico/Veracruz). The agreement covers a minimum of 236 games per year (96 from the Colombian Winter League, 139 from the Summer League and eight from Serie Latinoamericana). The first edition of an expanded Serie Latinoamericana format will debut in '18, with representatives from Argentina, Chile and Curacao joining the current four-team structure (MP & Silva).
