Premiership rugby side Worcester Warriors announced a new management structure which will see CEO JIM O'TOOLE step down from his role at the end of June to be replaced by GUS MACKAY as managing director. MacKay will be responsible for the operations of the club. Responsibility for the rugby department will remain with Dir of Rugby GARY GOLD (RUNNING RUGBY, 6/6). ... Marketing agency Fuse announced two new senior management appointments, with STEPHEN HUTCHISON and KAT THOMAS promoted to joint deputy managing directors. They will report to Fuse Managing Dir, EMEA LOU JOHNSON (Fuse). ... NASCAR Digital Media Managing Dir TIM CLARK will become the new head of the NDM group amid the departure of the group’s VP, COLIN SMITH, who announced this week that he has become the new CEO of Miami-based Motorsport Network. The Charlotte-based Clark will report to NASCAR Exec VP and Chief Global Sales & Marketing Officer STEVE PHELPS and will keep the same title (Adam Stern, Staff Writer). ... Kroenke Sports & Entertainment named MLS VP, Club Service DECLAN BOLGER Senior VP & CMO (KSE).

COACHES/MANAGERS: Russian Premier League club Rubin Kazan sacked Manager JAVI GRACIA "only a year after hiring him" from La Liga side Málaga. The team "finished a disappointing ninth" in the 16-team top tier in Russia (FOOTBALL ESPANA, 6/8). ... La Liga side Sevilla announced it hired Argentine coach EDUARDO BERIZZO for the next two seasons. The former Celta Vigo coach will replace JORGE SAMPAOLI (AP, 6/7). ... CRAIG SHAKESPEARE signed a three-year contract to remain manager of Premier League club Leicester City. Shakespeare took interim charge following CLAUDIO RANIERI's departure in February and was "later appointed full-time boss until the end of the season" (SKY SPORTS, 6/8).
