Marketplace Roundup: Swiss Private Bank Julius Baer Extends Formula E Partnership

Formula E announced ahead of the Monaco ePrix that Swiss private banking group Julius Baer "extended its partnership" as the global partner of the series through the '20-21 season. Julius Baer joined the "electric revolution" prior to the inaugural race of the Formula E Championship in Sept. '14 (MOTORSPORT, 5/11).

McLaren Formula 1 announced Hilton extended its corporate partnership with the McLaren-Honda team until the end of '21. The news follows the recent extension until the end of '19, adding two years to a partnership that began in '05 (McLaren F1). 

The Queensland Rugby Union announced Zoo Sport as its new apparel partner under a four-year agreement. The St. George Queensland Reds will wear a Zoo Sport kit for the first time in Super Rugby on Saturday. This is Zoo Sport's first foray into Super Rugby (Reds Rugby). 

The Travis Perkins Group is continuing its commitment to Premiership rugby side Northampton Saints next season with its Toolstation brand as the club's shirt sponsor. The sponsorship agreement will be relaunched at the start of the '17-18 campaign (Premiership Rugby). 

Former Mercedes Formula 1 driver Nico Rosberg appointed CAA Sports as the global agency to represent his commercial interests and support him in his new endeavors beyond F1 (SPORT INDUSTRY, 5/11).

Telecom Ooredoo has been named the official telecom partner of the Emir Cup, as the company "continues to promote sports across Qatar" (GULF-TIMES, 5/10).
