The 32-year-old former Ghana midfielder asked Daniele Minelli to stop Sunday's game at Cagliari. The Indonesian FA (PSSI) "has had to sanction a player and several clubs" in its top-tier league, Liga 1, and second-tier, Liga 2, "after only two weeks of competition."
