Man City Expands Partnership With China's BNN Technology

London-listed Chinese tech, content and services company BNN Technology announced an expanded partnership with Man City. The agreement expands the commercial relationship announced in Jan. '15. It is another step in BNN's strategy to support grassroots football in China by developing public participation programs focused on enhancing playing and coaching standards in the U.K. BNN's Chinese operating partner, NewNet, will work with the club to manage a new program of four football clinics in China. The four clinics for '17, representing 48 hours of dedicated coaching time with three official coaches from the club's City Football Schools program, have been confirmed to take place in May in Beijing and Hangzhou. The expanded agreement also allows BNN, supported by NewNet, to provide a range of club content to the Xinhua News app, including manager interviews before games, pre-match press conferences, weekly news bulletin videos, weekly training footage and news articles (Man City).
