Alex Ferguson's Personal Company Releases Financial Figures Showing £6M Profit

Former ManU Manager Alex Ferguson may have retired from management but he is still "raking in the cash" after his personal company made more than £6M in profits last year, according to Marc Isaacs of the London DAILY MIRROR. Ferguson "finally called it a day" in May '13, but he is "still earning a financial windfall through his retirement." He receives £2M ($2.56M) for 20 days a year as a ManU ambassador and up to £100,000 ($128,300) for the motivational speeches that he gives. ACF (Alexander Chapman Ferguson) Sports Promotion released its financial figures, which show it had total assets of £15,229,080 for the year to June 30, 2016. The profits for the year after money was paid to creditors came to £6,279,868, which was "over a million up on the previous year" (DAILY MIRROR, 4/25).
