Ronaldo Looks For Expanded U.S. Presence With Launch Of CR7 Brand Denim Line

Cristiano Ronaldo and his CR7 brand are launching a "men's denim brand that will be available in June" as the Real Madrid player looks to "expand retail distribution in the U.S." for the fall '17 season, according to Aria Hughes of WOMEN'S WEAR DAILY. The line is "designed around the premise of comfort and high-fashion influences" and is being "produced and distributed" by South Africa-based Uniti Fashion. The assortment "includes a core, signature and fashion collection, and within these collections there are five fits." The collection is "priced from $69 to $179." In the U.S., the collection will "launch exclusively on CR7.com." Ronaldo has footwear and underwear licenses, but they "aren’t distributed in the U.S." (WWD, 3/29).
