Williams Grand Prix Holdings announced the appointment of PADDY LOWE as chief technical officer for the Williams Group. Lowe will take overall management responsibility for the engineering operations at Williams. He will also join the company's board of directors and take a shareholding in the company (Williams F1). ... Foreign exchange services firm Moneycorp welcomed former professional rugby player ANDY GOODE to its senior team following the England international’s retirement from the game last year. Goode joins the company as head of strategic sales, where he will be charged with "developing Moneycorp's network of corporate and high net worth individuals" (BDAILY, 3/15). ... Scottish Premiership side Celtic appointed former Chelsea Head of Scouting LEE CONGERTON as its new head of recruitment. Congerton previously worked as coach with Liverpool and the Welsh FA (BBC, 3/15). ... The FA announced the appointment of MARZENA BOGDANOWICZ as head of marketing & commercial for women's football. The appointment coincides with the FA's launch of its new women's strategy, "The Gameplan for Growth" (FA). 

COACHES/MANAGERS: Scottish Premiership side Motherwell appointed STEPHEN ROBINSON as its new manager. Robinson, 42, had been in "interim charge at Fir Park following MARK MCGHEE's sacking last month." Robinson is Motherwell's 24th manager in its 131-year history (BBC, 3/15). ... EPL side Middlesbrough sacked Manager AITOR KARANKA after three-and-a-half years at the club. The club is winless in its last 10 Premier League games and currently sits in the relegation zone. Assistant head coach STEVE AGNEW will take control of the first team (BBC, 3/16).
