French Professional Football League (LFP) Head of Legal Affairs JÉRÔME PERLEMUTER is joining the World Leagues Forum as general secretary. Perlemuter spent 12 years with the LFP. He takes up his position with the WLF on April 3 (LFP). ... IMG hired LAURA ANDREWS as VP, scripted programming, marking the company's expansion into premium scripted TV. She will be based out of IMG's London office and report to IMG Head of Entertainment Sales & Partnerships GARY MARENZI (IMG). ... Channel 4 CEO DAVID ABRAHAM announced he will "leave the public broadcaster after seven years." Abraham said that he plans to launch a “media enterprise” in '18, but will remain in his current role until a successor has been appointed (BROADBAND TV NEWS, 3/15). ... PATRICK KRIAN is now director of sponsoring & licensing at DFL Sports Enterprises. He will report directly to JÖRG DAUBITZER (NEW BUSINESS, 3/15). ... The WWE named JOAQUIN DEL RIVERO as VP & GM, Latin America, and MAURÍCIO RAMÍREZ CUESTA as marketing director, Latin America. Both will be based in WWE's Mexico City office (WWE). ... Sunset+Vine appointed ANDREW PREECE as exec director to "oversee all digital, branded content, distribution and news operations within the company." Preece, who has run the TV sports production and media company’s Oxford office for the past nine years, "will oversee an operation spanning Gillette World Sport and Mobil 1 The Grid" (TVB EUROPE, 3/15). ... Intel Head of Global Brand Experience & Sponsorships MATT KAUFFMAN has exited after a run of nearly two years at the company’s Santa Clara, Calif., HQ (Terry Lefton, Editor-at-Large). 

COACHES/MANAGERS: Spanish second division side Almería announced that LUIS MIGUEL RAMIS will coach the team for the rest of the season. He replaces FERNANDO SORIANO, who was fired, and FRAN FERNÁNDEZ, who had stepped in to coach Almería's last two games (EFE, 3/14).
