Event Notes: Wales-Ireland Six Nations To Be Played Under Principality Stadium Roof

Wales and Ireland "agreed to play Friday's Six Nations clash with the Principality Stadium roof closed." Both sides "have to be in agreement for such a move to be made." In fairness, from the supporters' point of view, that's going to add to the occasion "(SKY SPORTS, 3/9).

Bundesliga side Schalke Marketing Dir Alexander Jobst said that his club "may play a friendly against a German rival in China this summer" as the club seeks to "boost" its appeal in the region. Jobst said that German clubs "may play a game as early as this summer" and Schalke hopes to be involved.
