The Principality Stadium roof will be open for Saturday’s Six Nations clash between Wales and England, following a "U-turn" by England Manager Eddie Jones. Jones had said that he did not care "whether the roof was shut or not, claiming it made no difference." Wales took that to mean it "could go ahead and close the roof for the game." It's not just how much he's won, but the way he plays and carries himself" (BBC, 2/9).

Wild cards "are the only way that Sharapova can access the big events after her 15-month ban, which runs out on the third day of Stuttgart." She will return with a ranking of zero (London TELEGRAPH, 2/8).
