Eight teams from England, Scotland, Wales, Ireland and Northern Ireland will compete "to win the Sportego Celtic eSports League." The Celtic eSports league matches the top gamers from the U.K. and Ireland with professional football clubs in a league tournament which will last for 14 weeks starting Monday. The clubs involved in the Sportego Celtic eSports League are: Crusaders, Dundalk, Hamilton Academical, Hibernian, Linfield, Shamrock Rovers, TNS and Wolverhampton Wanderers (THE EDINBURGH REPORTER, 2/6).

Hotels in Cardiff, Wales, have "hiked their prices massively" on the day Wales hosts England in the Six Nations. The "biggest price hike" is the Village Hotel, Coryton, which is advertising a Club Room for £702 ($875.38) -- on a non-Six Nations weekend it charges discounted rates as low as £90 ($112.23). A room on Feb. 11 in the capital averages £481 ($599.80), according to research by hotel booking website Trivago. Normally, rooms in Cardiff average £108 ($134.67) per night in February (WALES ONLINE, 2/6).
