Rome Mayor Virginia Raggi "will reject the proposal to build a new Stadio della Roma," according to FOOTBALL ITALIA. The new arena has been discussed since the American takeover of Serie A side AS Roma in '11, "but ran into reams of red tape." According to AffariItaliani.it, months of negotiations, adjustments and presentations "will come to nothing," as Raggi is "set to reject the proposal."
