The Andhra CA exec committee was held on Monday where Raju was "elected president in place of DVSS SOMAYAJULU." ARUN KUMAR will be the new general secretary while V. Mirandés hired Barragán on Dec. 7 as a replacement for CARLOS TERRAZAS (EFE, 1/17). ... Scotland women's football head coach ANNA SIGNEUL will "step down after this summer's Euro 2017 finals to take charge of Finland." Signeul, who has managed the Scots since '05, has led the national side to its "first-ever major competition." League One side Chesterfield has appointed former League Championship side Wigan Athletic boss GARY CALDWELL as its new manager. English cricket side Lancashire named former captain GLEN CHAPPLE as its new head coach on a three-year contract.
