Creative Agency Sid Lee Wins Four-Year Contract With Canadian Olympic Committee

Sid Lee has won a four-year contract as creative agency of record for the Canadian Olympic Committee, giving the int'l marketing shop control of Team Canada's campaigns for the 2018 PyeongChang and 2020 Tokyo Games. Sid Lee replaces Cossette, which developed the "Now or Never" brand campaign for the 2015 PanAm Games in Toronto and the "Ice in Our Veins" campaign for Rio 2016. Sid Lee's selection was the result of COC leaders wanting a more holistic creative approach in addition to new brand campaigns for the upcoming Olympics, a spokesperson said. Sid Lee, with Canadian offices in Montreal and Toronto, has done recent work for the NHL Toronto Maple Leafs and NBA Toronto Raptors.
