Infront, Int'l Ski Mountaineering Federation Extend Agreement For '16-21 Events

Infront Sports & Media and the Int'l Ski Mountaineering Federation have extended their media and marketing agreement for the '16-21 ISMF Individual, Sprint and Vertical World Cup and the ISMF World and Continental Championships. Infront will continue to produce and distribute the 5x15-minute magazine highlight programs for all World Cup weekends as well as a 25-minute magazine for the ISMF World Championships. The programming will be produced in HD. In addition, Infront is handling the majority of advertising rights within camera view and the implementation of partner advertising materials. The sponsorship packages include exposure on the bibs and across inflatables, banners and flags in the start area, along the course and in the finish area. Furthermore, the logos are included in all official print materials, on the backdrops, in the video clips on the ISMF YouTube channel as well as on the ISMF website. For the upcoming season, the sponsorship portfolio is led by title sponsor Intersport (Infront).

GAINING TRACTION
: SPONSORs' Gabriel Wagner reported Nexen Tire "will expand its sponsorship activities into winter sports this season." The South Korean tire brand "will become an official partner of five World Cup ski jumping events and the Big Air World Cup." Both competitions are organized by the Int'l Ski Federation (FIS). In addition, Nexen Tire will sponsor 10 World Cup and Championship races of the Int'l Skating Union, as well as seven events of the Int'l Bobsleigh & Skeleton Federation. All sponsorship deals will run until March. Nexen Tire will receive logo presence on the athletes' clothing along with signage in camera view (SPONSORs, 11/2).
