Adidas Unveils French Int'l Volleyballer Earvin Ngapeth As Brand Ambassador

French volleyball int’l Earvin Ngapeth was announced as adidas’ volleyball ambassador in France, according to Manon Barbay of SPORTS MARKETING. Sponsorships “are rare for volleyball in France,” and this deal “shows adidas’ desire to invest in different sporting disciplines.” With more than 66,000 fans on Facebook and over 19,000 followers on Twitter, Ngapeth can “reach a large audience and allows adidas to communicate to is target of amateur volleyballers” (SPORTS MARKETING, 10/26).
