Bradford City's League One clash against Bristol Rovers was suspended midway through the second half "after a drone was spotted flying over Valley Parade -- now known as Northern Commercials Stadium -- on Saturday." With the scores tied at 0-0 after 65 minutes of action, the referee "suspended play due to safety concerns after a drone was seen flying above the stadium." Play was soon restored following the incident. The drone -- or "mischievous aviation device" as described by Sky Sports -- led to an eight-minute period of added-on time (London EVENING STANDARD, 9/17).
