CAA Sports promoted ROBBIE COHEN and JESSE TOMARES to execs in its consulting group, while ASHLEY FEAGAN was promoted to agent in its talent sales group. All three are based in CAA's N.Y. office (CAA). ... Turkish Super Lig side Fenerbahçe is "set to name Dutchman DICK ADVOCAAT as coach following the sacking of VITOR PEREIRA." Earlier in the day, "Advocaat quit just three months into his job as assistant to Netherlands coach DANNY BLIND." Turkish sports newspaper Fanatik said that Advocaat had confirmed his appointment but Fenerbahçe had made him "an unbelievable offer." The Istanbul team said in a statement that it "cancelled Pereira's contract after he had violated terms of the deal" (REUTERS, 8/15).
