COACHES/MANAGERS: JORGE SAMPAOLI confirmed that he will be appointed La Liga side Sevilla’s new coach once UNAI EMERY’s exit is formalized. Links between Sampaoli and Sevilla “intensified after Emery’s resignation last week,” and the 56-year-old acknowledged on Saturday for the first time that he was bound for Sevilla.
