Former Bayer Leverkusen coach SASCHA LEWANDOWSKI "has been found dead at his home" in Bochum, Germany, aged 44. Lewandowski left his role as Union Berlin coach in March, after six months in charge, "on medical advice because of acute fatigue syndrome." Sources said that Jamaican Olympic relay Gold Medalist NESTA CARTER’s “B” sample for the use of a banned stimulant at the 2008 Beijing Games "has returned positive." The Jamaica Olympic Association said last Friday that it had received notification from the IOC that "one of its competitors had returned an adverse analytical result but did not name the athlete."
