Media Notes: Eleven Sports Network To Bring Euro 2016 To Taiwan

Eleven Sports Network will bring live and exclusive coverage of this summer's Euro 2016 tournament to Taiwan. Fans can watch all 51-matches of the tournament -- with up to four live and exclusive matches per day during the Group stage of the competition -- on their tablet, mobile or laptop devices via the enhanced Eleven Sports service available online and as an app (Eleven). 

France TV Sport has acquired the TV rights to the 2017 women’s European football championship that will take place from July 16 to Aug. 7, and is hosted by the Netherlands. The group, which will also broadcast this summer’s Olympic football tournament, will show “a minimum of 17 of the 31 matches, specifically the team France games, at least one match per day, the semifinals and the final” (MEDIA SPORTIF, 5/26).

France Télévisions has “extended its contract with the French Rugby Federation for the France national U20 team Test matches” for the period of ’16-21. With the agreement, France Télévisions will broadcast all French U20 matches, notably the U20 Six Nations tournament matches. All matches will be shown on France 4 (L’ÉQUIPE, 5/30).
