Marketplace Roundup: Creative Agency Frame Signs Up For Scotland World Cup Campaign

Glasgow-based creative marketing agency Frame "has been signed up by the Scottish FA ahead of the qualifying campaign for the 2018 World Cup in Russia." Frame "won the contract to deliver a full marketing schedule aimed at promoting Scotland’s road to Russia in the build-up to and during the qualification campaign." Frame has already delivered "high-profile campaigns for a range of sporting clients" including Scottish Premiership side Celtic, the Lawn Tennis Association and Scottish Rugby (SCOTSMAN, 5/2).

Jaguar Land Rover North America
 will extend its support of the 2016 Invictus Games in Orlando, Fla. as lead sponsor of the U.S. Team, which will compete against 13 other nations' teams in the multi-sport event for wounded, ill and injured service members. Jaguar Land Rover, presenting partner of the inaugural games in London 2014, will continue its commitment to the Games by renewing its role as sponsors of the U.K. team (Jaguar Land Rover). 

York-based Gem Construction has "pledged its support to help a flood-hit cricket club with everything from flood repairs and a new senior and junior kit for the team." The firm signed on as sponsors in a new deal which it said "could not come at a better time for the Clifton Alliance Cricket Club." The Boxing Day floods "completely destroyed the club's practice net area and the access road became almost impassable while parts of the gravel laid car park had been washed away" (YORK PRESS, 5/2).
