Serie A side Roma "officially submitted the plans" for its new stadium to the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) for review, according to FOOTBALL ITALIA. The club is "intent on building a new ground in the city, but the project has been hit by delays." Roma announced, "This represents the beginning of the final submission process that will see the comprehensive dossier of the Stadio della Roma project presented to Regione Lazio."
