Belarusian two-time Olympic medal-winning weightlifter ANDREI RYBAKOV "has had his provisional doping suspension lifted in line with new guidelines on meldonium cases." Rybakov, who won Silver in the 85kg class at the 2004 and 2008 Olympics, "recently tested positive for meldonium, which was banned from Jan. 1." The Int'l Weightlifting Federation said in a statement that it lifted Rybakov's provisional suspension "in line with the applicable rules of the recently published WADA notice on meldonium" (AP, 4/14).
