The Melbourne Cricket Ground is "set to have increased security measures ahead of the Boxing Day Test between Australia and the West Indies as authorities warn that a terror attack in Australia remains likely," according to Greg Brown of THE AUSTRALIAN. It is understood "a fence will be constructed around the perimeter of Australia's biggest sporting stadium as it prepares to host the biggest Test match of the cricketing calendar." The Melbourne Cricket Club "would not comment" on Tuesday. A spokesperson for Victorian Sports Minister John Eren said that "the government was aware of security being tightened but would not comment on specifics."
