Marketplace Roundup: Tissot Extends Its Partnership With Dorna Sports Through '22

Tissot will continue providing timing support as the official timekeeper and watch of MotoGP as its partnership with Dorna Sports extends until '22. Tissot will gain significant exposure at each race via track-side advertising and enhanced TV visibility across global media outlets, plus it will also benefit from a large presence in www.motogp.com social media an din the hospitality area with special experiences (MotoGP). ... The Canadian Football League signed a three-year partnership extension with the Keg Steakhouse & Bar through '17. This partnership also produces the #KegSize digital program to share the highlights in the CFL (CFL). ... Top-tier Brazilian side Corinthians announced a partnership with São Paulo-based sports advertising agency TZK. TZK is a representative of Sockatyes, a Hong Kong-based company which holds the worldwide patent for adding advertising space to football club’s socks. Corinthians is reportedly seeking $1.5M per year from a brand looking to place its logo on the side’s playing socks starting in the ’16-17 season. Sockatyes recently worked with Spanish side Atletico Madrid at the end of the ’14-15 season (ECO FOOT, 11/6).
