Porsche To Honor Sports Commitments Despite Crisis At Parent Company Volkswagen

Porsche "will honor its sports commitments despite the crisis at parent company Volkswagen," according to Frey & David of STUTTGARTER NACHRICHTEN. The sports car manufacturer "has several sponsorship deals with local clubs in the Stuttgart region." A Porsche spokesperson said, "There is currently no imminent danger and no sign that there will be changes concerning existing engagements. Nothing has been questioned." Porsche's most prominent sponsorships include Bundesliga side VfB Stuttgart, Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) club MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg and tennis (STUTTGARTER NACHRICHTEN, 10/13).
