Media Notes: Bundesliga Game Sets U.S. Viewership Record With 926K Viewers

Fox Sports' Bundesliga coverage is gaining traction. On Sept .13, the match between Bayern Munich and Augsburg, which re-aired in the afternoon on FOX and drew 926,000 viewers up against stiff NFL competition, was the most-watched Bundesliga match ever televised in the U.S. (Fox Sports). ... Italian public broadcast network Rai will air live coverage of the FIA Formula E Championship for the next two seasons. All programs will feature comprehensive coverage of each live race together with pre-race build-up -- including highlights from the day’s earlier practice and qualifying sessions -- podium celebrations and post-race interviews (Formula E).
