World swimming's governing body FINA "opted not to impose a ban on the 25-year-old, who tested positive to low levels of a masking agent" in '13" (BBC, 9/16). ... ROBIN FRIJNS has been confirmed as the driver of the No. 27 car for the Andretti Formula E Team in the '15-16 FIA Formula E Championship. Frijns, who was born in Maastrict, Netherlands, is a multi-championship title holder (Andretti). ...
