Rhino Rugby Extends Subscription Period For Retail Bonds From Friday To Oct. 31

Rhino Rugby, the specialist producer of rugby training equipment, teamwear, apparel and rugby balls, "has extended the subscription period for its retail bonds" until Oct. 31, according to RUNNING RUGBY. The original deadline for applications to purchase the bonds -- which "mature in five years and pay investors 7.5% per year" -- was Friday. Rhino and its financial advisers "have decided to extend the offer, although interest will accrue from the point of investment for all subscribers to date." Group CEO Reg Clark said, "We’ve met our first two targets. We raised the minimum of £100K ($156K) quickly after launch and have reached around £400K ($625K) more recently." Rhino Rugby Bonds "are being issued by Rhino Rugby Bonds Plc and guaranteed by the group holding company, Rhino-Powa Holdings Ltd." (RUNNING RUGBY, 9/17).
