Media Notes: Eurosport Secures Formula E Rights For Next Two Seasons In Germany

All 11 rounds of the '15-16 FIA Formula E Championship will be televised live and free-to-air on Eurosport in Germany. Eurosport has secured the rights for the next two seasons in Germany, Poland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland, as well as Iceland on a non-exclusive basis (Formula E). ... Infront Sports & Media has extended its partnerships with seven national ski federations covering the int'l media rights to the respective FIS World Cup events taking place in Canada, China, Japan, Korea, Norway, Russia and Spain from '16 '21. Under the agreements, the FIS World Cup events across the disciplines of Alpine skiing, cross-country, ski jumping, Nordic Combined, snowboard and freestyle skiing will be marketed on a collective basis (Infront). ... Motorsport.com announced it launched a specific digital platform for its readership in Australia, au.motorsport.com. Entry in Australia supports the strategic editorial decision for the company's global site to be split into multiple English language-based platforms geo-targeting and tailoring motorsports coverage by region (Motorsport.com).
