Marketplace Roundup: FC St. Pauli Partners With Water Brand Hella Mineralbrunnen

Second Bundesliga side FC St. Pauli has signed a new partnership with water brand hella Mineralbrunnen. The company will become the club's official water partner for the next three years. St. Pauli also extended the partnership with HappyBet for another two years until June 30, 2017. The sports betting provider will remain a second-tier partner of the club (St. Pauli). ... German 3rd League football club Dynamo Dresden has renewed its partnership with Saxoprint for another year until '16. The printing provider has been a partner of the club since '06 (Sportfive). ... McDonald’s will continue its partnership with the West Australian Football League for the '16 season. McDonald’s became the major broadcast and naming rights partner for the 2015 WAFL Premiership Season, helping to pave the way for games to be televised in the Perth metropolitan area and regional Western Australia on the 7 Network (WAFL). ... Herbalife will provide nutrition support to athletes from six Asia Pacific country teams who will participate in the 2015 Special Olympics World Games, held from Saturday to Aug. 2 in L.A. Herbalife is providing additional support for 248 athletes in six country teams: Chinese Taipei, Indonesia, South Korea, Malaysia, New Zealand and Thailand. The support for the Asia Pacific athletes centers on enhancing nutrition through providing Herbalife nutrition products. Some athletes are also receiving apparel kits and advice on nutrition (Herbalife). ... Ligue 1 side Lille OSC "extended its sponsorship deal with casino operator Groupe Partouche into a 12th season." Lille "will again wear the Groupe Partouche logo on the front of its playing shirts, as well as on the shoulders." Contractual details "have not been released" (SOCCEREX, 7/22). ... Excel Sports Management announced Ollie Schniederjans turned professional and is the newest addition to its stable of golf clients. Schniederjans will be represented by Jon Heaton, who will manage his tour responsibilities as well as all marketing and endorsement opportunities. A '15 graduate of Georgia Tech, Schniederjans’ professional debut will be at the RBC Canadian Open on the PGA TOUR on Thursday (Excel Sports Management). ... Bundesliga side Borussia Dortmund and franchise company Mail Boxes Etc. will begin its cooperation at the beginning of the '15-16 season. MBW will provide the eight-time German champions with customized solutions for the club's merchandising (Borussia Dortmund).
