Serbian Side Partizan Belgrade Seeks $3M Stadium Naming Rights Deal, Says Club CEO

Sebian side Partizan Belgrade CEO Milos Vazura said that the club is "aiming to open a new stream of revenue with plans to sign a stadium naming rights deal," according Jaroslaw Adamowski of INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL. Vazura said, "There is no way [the club accepts] less than €1 million ($1.1M). I would like to get €3 million ($3.3M). This was my first idea when I joined the club." The move is part of the "troubled" side's strategy to "overhaul its finances by boosting revenues and slashing costs ahead of the season opening of Serbia's top tier, the Jelen Super Liga." The '14-15 season saw Partizan "win the championship." The club's stadium has a capacity of 32,710 (INSIDE WORLD FOOTBALL, 7/14).
