More Than 200,000 Attend German MotoGP Race At Sachsenring

The German MotoGP race "attracted more than 200,000 spectators over the weekend," according to the SID. The Sachsenring welcomed a total of 211,588 spectators for three-day event, which is around 2,000 more than in '14 (209,408). Sunday's race had 92,122 people in attendance. The spectator numbers were lower on Friday and Saturday, with 41,848 and 77,618, respectively. The event's attendance record was set in '11 when 230,133 spectators flocked to the racetrack (SID, 7/12).
